The latest smart electric heating solutions we install now use the second-generation Smart-Command Tevolve Gateway. This enables you to programme, adjust and monitor your heating system from anywhere in the world simply by using your smartphone, tablet or PC.
The Smart-Command Tevolve Gateway uses a radio frequency of 868MHz to communicate with the smart electric radiators. This system is approximately three times stronger than Wi-Fi. Which removes the problems associated with Wi-Fi such as dead spots, lost connections, and short distances.
Each radiator has a receiver and transmitter, so the signal is passed from one to another creating a ‘mesh’ communication system.
The system also works with both Google Assistant and Alexa, giving you a fully smart home heating system. “Alexa, what’s the temperature in the lounge?”
Ducasa smart electric radiators are made of fully recyclable aluminium and are filled with a superfast heat transfer fluid. (Ducaca do not manufacture clay, brick or dry ‘inertia’ type heaters because their temperature fluctuates too much.)
Their smart electric radiators provide the perfect balance of heat-up times and heat retention. Fast enough to regain heat lost when a door or window is opened. But controlled enough for comfortable, constant room temperature.
Properties requiring more than 30 smart electric radiators can use additional Smart-Command Tevolve Gateways to provide a flexible, scalable smart electric heating system.
This makes it ideal for offices, hotels, B&Bs and guest houses, social clubs, sports clubs
and much larger residential properties.

The energy-saving features of your Ducasa electric heating system include:
PID Thermostat – carefully monitors actual room temperature and automatically adjusts electronics to reduce over and underheating caused by residual radiator temperature. More comfortable environment and reduced running costs.
Open Window Detection – senses a sudden drop in temperature and switches the radiator off for 20 minutes, or until an increase in temperature is detected when the window or door is closed.
Eco-Start adaptive learning – set your heating to 20°C at 7am and the radiator will learn what time it needs to switch on
Geofencing – set a distance from your home for your heating to automatically switch off or reduce temperature, then when you return your heating will revert to the pre-set program
Each smart electric radiator sends energy consumption and temperature data back to the app so you can monitor your energy usage too.
